Maths Tuition from Numeracy to A2

Have you just started Year 11? Or A-Level Maths? Could you use some help with maths?
Contact Rachel to discuss and book your tuition.

I have twenty two years experience teaching mathematics at a range of levels, including five years teaching predominantly A-level (2007-2012). Since February 2013 I have offered full-time professional maths tuition in the West Midlands. I am a supportive maths tutor, working with you in the way that works best for you. I am experienced in teaching students with specific learning differences including autistic spectrum conditions as well as dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia. I am based in Quarry Bank in the West Midlands. I offer maths tuition at the student's home, or alternatively in a dedicated room in my house near Merry Hill Centre. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable as well as productive.

I offer maths tuition in Stourbridge, Halesowen, Brierley Hill, Hagley, Netherton, Cradley Heath, Edgbaston, Bearwood, Rowley Regis, South West Birmingham and surrounding areas of the West Midlands.

QTS Numeracy

I have been tutoring students for the Professional Skills Test for since 2013. Although most students prefer individual tuition, I can also arrange a two-hour workshop offering intensive test preparation, mental arithmetic strategies and shortcuts, and efficient ways to tackle the onscreen section of the test.

Workshops can be arranged on request for a group of 3 students. Or contact me to book individual tuition tailored to your own priorities.
