Learning Differences

Everyone is different so it makes sense that we learn in different ways. There are many reasons for these differences, and many implications for the learning of mathematics. These include individual learning styles, specific learning difficulties and many others - see . These factors don't stop you learning maths; we just need to work in the way that suits you best.

I will always look at the way you learn best as the more closely tuition is matched to your learning style, the easier it will be for you to learn. This may be a brief conversation or an ongoing process. If you are an experienced learner and already know the best ways for you to learn - just tell me!

I am based in Quarry Bank in the West Midlands (near Merry Hill shopping centre) and am happy to travel up to about ten miles depending on the time required. On Sundays I am often available to tutor in Worcester. (Locations further than ten miles may be possible, with travel costs charged as extra.)
